Before I left, I was somewhat beating myself up over my decision to go
to Scotland. SCOTLAND?! I could have gone anywhere in the world and
somehow Scotland seemed like the best choice? At one point, I
remember wanting to back out of it altogether. Thankfully, I went.
Within a day of arriving, I never wanted to leave. Being able to work
at the Royal School of Veterinary Studies really solidified my goals
and aspirations, helping me to even further pinpoint my chosen path
within the veterinary field. Thanks to my seven weeks in Scotland, I
only applied to two veterinary schools--both abroad. I will be
attending the Royal Veterinary College in London Fall 2010.
