While in Spain, do as the Spaniards do, right? Well, that is exactly what I did as I ventured into the Bull Fighting Arena to watch the custom of artfully conquering nine bulls. Antonio Banderas was even there for the huge tradition in my host town and his hometown. I was uncertain about how I really felt about the whole event--especially as I watched the process of the gradual death of the first bull. However, the crowd and art of the tradition slowly captivated me, and before I knew it, I was doing as the Spaniards do and cheering on the best matadors.
